Original black-and-white fine art photograph by Belgian photographer Lucille Feremans, dated 2001.
This original silver print (silver gelatin photograph) depicts a reclining female nude against a dark background. The composition is an example of artistic nude photography, with an emphasis on the human figure, light, shadow and photographic form.
The photograph is marked “E.A.” (Épreuve d'Artiste / Artist's Proof) in pencil at the lower left and is hand-signed by Lucille Feremans at the lower right. The reverse bears the handwritten inscription: “Original silverprint by Lucille Feremans – Belgium”. Provenance and authenticity Acquired directly from the artist, Lucille Feremans, in Temse, Belgium. The format was produced at my request, and the photograph was subsequently professionally framed by Kaderfabriek Lucas in Temse.
This is an original signed photographic print, not a modern reproduction or poster. Dimensions and presentation Visible photographic image: approximately 49 × 28.5 cm. The complete photographic print is larger and has not been removed from its professional mounting for exact measurement. Overall framed dimensions: approximately 78.5 × 58 cm. Large black frame with white surround, protected behind glass.
Condition The photograph has remained framed and protected behind glass. It has not been removed from its mounting for inspection.
